A feeling without a voice is hardly a feeling at all.
The first place you will learn this is when you are in complete and total agony. When your body gives in to the pain, when you cry in the corners of your bedsheets, and your throat moves with the pull of your stomach.
The second place you will learn it is when you are amused, when you are satisfied. In those moments when something good has happened. You make a strange sort of sound - a kind of laugh, or a kind of sigh, and your feeling has, at long last, found its voice.
The third place you will learn this is in the case of my husband, Alexei Navalny. There is one thing that he taught me.
We live in a world that is not afraid. We live in a world that is united. And beneath the long, black net of our oppressors, there is a feeling that refuses to be captured. There is a feeling as old as time itself.
Freedom; of which my husband dreamed so much.

“Listen, I have something very obvious to tell you. It’s that you’re not allowed to give up. They decide to kill me - that only means we are incredibly strong. We need to… make use of this power, to not give up, to remember that we are an unstoppable force, being held back, being tyrannised, by people who are most easily understood as afraid. We don’t realise how strong we actually are. The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good people to do nothing. So… don’t do nothing.”

Before you go, a message to you, dear reader…
First of all - thank you for reading ⚡newsflash⚡ all the way down to here. Attention spans aren’t what they used to be, and that’s because all of the answers are less than seven seconds long.
You clearly don’t believe that, which is why I’m now talking to you.
If you’re like me, you believe in the power of stories, and in the importance of asking ourselves questions. Newsflash publishes a new edition daily, calling into question what’s happening in our world, and inviting readers to use their imagination.
I don’t have anything, really, to sell. I just believe in kindness, respect and mutual growth.
That said, ⚡newsflash⚡ takes a lot of time and effort. Most of it goes unrewarded - not too many people stop to show that they care.
That’s fine by me. But I do need to pay the bills, and my efforts here tie me up on most evenings.
To help me survive, you can do one of two things:
Become a free subscriber.
Become a paid subscriber.
Becoming a free subscriber helps me showcase my writing - if I have 1000 readers, you’re definitely helping me to land my next job. Boom - bills paid.
Becoming a paid subscriber is only for those who are in a position to do so, and includes some exclusive ⚡newsflash⚡ benefits. If you’re curious, you can find out more about that here.
Every subscriber really counts, to me. There isn’t a single name on my list I don’t value.
If you can, take a moment to type your email address below, and together, we can start to show that there’s a new place for the story in the 21st-century.
If you enjoy the content I provide, but aren’t ready to become a fully paid subscriber, you can simply make a one-time donation here at Buy Me A Coffee, if you can. I value all of my readers - paid or not - but all contributions are, of course, deeply appreciated.

It's like Rishi doing in Kier. I always wondered about David Kelly's death back in the WMD days.
Just by chance I stumbled across a gentleman called Bill Blum and we wrote back and forth for a few years and he had worked for USA GOV and left disillusioned and became a writer and in 2014 he told me what the Americans were up to regarding Russia/Ukraine etc. He wrote as follows----Bill Blum wrote this in 2014--So why are you and others like you in mainstream media creating the same mentality that started the First World War (and the Cold War)?…….That is, demonizing Putin and Russia instead of showing the history and motivation of Western invasion and interference in Ukraine. Then ask why NATO even exists in a post Cold War world.------------------Late Bill Blum wrote a book called the ROGUE STATE.--------Now follows of an event in Canada and worth watching as you do not see it on MSM !?---https://youtu.be/s3syHfVzyMQ?si=ak7U9sB3Y_Tr_sSd-------I also read abook called WEB OF DECEIT by MARK CURTIS and it spells out the evil in GOVERNMENTS/MSM etc! Hence I do not take sides or trust a word that is being said about RUSSIA/UK/USA/ISRAEL etc as it is all scripted!
